My second time coming aside from their Yelp event and it keeps getting better! Came with a friend for breakfast. Started with an iced vanilla latte which was great even without the syrup. I ordered their country breakfast skillet, my friend got their huevos rancheros and we shared a side order of their scooby doo dunkaroo French toast. My skillet was good, I think it was too mixed as no part of it really stood out to me. I tried my friends huevos rancheros and that was delicious! The French toast was BOMB! I almost asked for syrup but after my first bite I knew it didn't need it. Perfectly cooked where the French toast isn't too soft or too overdone. I don't know if I could ever finish a whole portion of that cause of how SWEET it was! Parking in the adjacent garage is $10 (boo) there's some parallel parking available, not sure the price on those. Love the music they play here, lots of great throwbacks! Staff is super friendly & attentive. Didn't have any cocktails this time around but i know they're good!

This is my second time coming here and both times my experiences were great. Both times Joseph was my server and he is so kind and does his job incredibly well! Never disappoints! Let me start by saying they have such a fun menu with so many good options to choose from. And both times I have NOT been let down. The first time I can't remember everything I got but I remember the cinnamon roll pancake and I enjoyed it! This time I did a BLT-A with egg Holy Moly French toast and the salted caramel latte or martini and I enjoyed them all. Left with a nice full belly and a little to take home. I'll definitely have to come back for a third time! The vibe of the place is so nice and I love how bright and welcoming the space is!

Bright, and trendy atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and our waitress was accommodating. We ordered the Corn beef hash and hangover burger. The corn beef hash was slow cooked with potatoes and 2 cage free eggs. The hash and potatoes were well seasoned, a great portion and flavorful. The hangover burger came with 2 Pattie's, fried egg, cheese, aioli, bourbon bacon jam and jalapeños. The burger was big and juicy. It came with your choice of tater tots or salad. We enjoyed our meal and loved the laid back atmosphere

The food was amazing and the service from Christy was great. She was kind and did her job with care.

Hatch in Fort Lauderdale is a brunch lover's paradise! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu is creative and offers something for everyone, but the real star of the show has to be the pancakes. I ordered the pineapple, cinammon and chocolate pancakes, and they were nothing short of perfection. Aside from the pancakes, the huevos rancheros and the bottomless mimosas are also must-tries. The portion sizes are generous, and everything is beautifully presented. The service is quick and attentive, making sure you have everything you need to enjoy your meal. Whether you're a local or just visiting Fort Lauderdale, Hatch is a must-visit spot for brunch. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of their delicious offerings!

This place is conveniently located across from our Marriott Courtyard hotel. It has a charming environment, somewhat reminiscent of Snooze but with a more updated feel. The vibrant yellow colors, fun furniture, and happy decor made it a delightful spot. I was particularly pleased with their gluten-free pancake options. I tried the chocolate chip pancakes, and my latte came in an adorable mug, which was a nice touch. Although the service was a bit slow, the wait was definitely worth it. Everything tasted fantastic. I also ordered a skillet, and as someone who is gluten-free, I was thrilled with the variety of options available. This place made my little vacation much more enjoyable. I would love to return and hope they open more locations closer to my hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Our waiter was very kind, and I look forward to visiting again.

Hatch !! Beautiful and nice and yellow decor !! Hatch is a new breakfast place that open just about a year ago in Fort Lauderdale area. The location is close to the beach. And had free parking in the garage. Let's move on to the food! Hatch is a breakfast spot where we decided to eat from exiting our cruise. We had the Pancake flight (w/chose of 3 pancakes) two eggs and omelet as shown in picture. The scrambled eggs were cooked a bit too much but were still very good. Bacon was my top item it was amazing !! Service was also nice for a new place. Out waitress was so nice and welcoming. Will is return? Yes I will. I would bring my kids next time

I went to Hatch during a bachelorette party in FLL. The staff gave us matching yellow sunglasses for the occasion. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. They have gluten free options as well. The parking can be a little confusing but there is parking available in the parking garage behind. Don't park in the lot next to North Italia or they will tow you. The garage is completely free for Hatch customers!

This restaurant was right next to our hotel and it was the perfect breakfast spot. We came here first on a week day and on the weekend it was very packed. They have an enticing menu with delicious options. I had the hard time choosing what to get. I wanted pancakes and a Benedict. Luckily I was with friends who wanted the same so we decided to split the pancake flight and try different pancakes. Everything was delicious and the vibe and music of the restaurant is great.
